How do I place an order on Technoz?

Simply browse our products, click Add to Cart, and proceed to checkout.
Enter your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

COD availability depends on product type and pincode.
If COD is supported in your area, it will show during checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time is:
3–7 business days across India, depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your delivery status in real time.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on select products.
For other items, shipping charges (if any) will appear at checkout.

What is your return and refund policy?

We only accept returns or refunds for damaged, defective, or misplaced items.
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
